Hi again crafty friends!! Well, not quite sure what happened to my blog post yesterday, it never actually posted. Luckily, it was saved so it was posted today instead.
If you read my previous post, you will have seen my vintage suitcase made with Prima Time Traveller papers. I mentioned at the end of the post that this was a set of 2, so today I am sharing the second case.
The case was just a smaller version of the one that I posted earlier. Again I used Prima Time Traveller and loads of flowers and crystals from the Prima range.
I added a Prima key to the handle and added it to some Finnabair Mechanicals trinkets.
Most of the detailing is on the top of the case. I used a Dusty Attic chipboard frame and the effect was created using Dusty Attic rusting powder. The Prima resin frame was painted with color Bloom mists in worn leather and tea stain. The image was one that I received in my DT pack from Meg's Garden. Prima flowers, chipboard and some vintage trim from my stash finished it off.
So what do you think? I would love to read your comments on my cases. I love creating altered art, definitely my biggest passion in paper crafting. I love making things which are pretty but ALSO practical. These cases will hold some of my stash in my craft room.
Hope you can visit me again tomorrow when I will be posting my last projects for Meg's Garden.
