Spread Your Wings

Hi Crafty Friends, my next layout today is using the gorgeous Nature Walk by 7 Dots Studios. I love this paper range and can't wait to get the new ranges coming out. I always love to scrap my oldest daughter Danielle when I use them. This layout was created for the 7 Dots challenge in September but l couldn't post it because of the school holidays.

I cut the papers into sections and distressed the edges. I then inked them with Donna Salazar Color Box inks in Truffle.

I used Wendy Vecchi for Studio 490 black embossing paste with a Crafters Workshop stencil and heat set. I love the way this embossing paste puffs up when it is exposed to heat. I lightly rubbed some Baroque Art Gilders paste in German silver over the top. The creams are amazing!!!

The chipboard is Blue Fern Studios and I heat embossed with Lindy's Stamp Gang embossing powder (Limor Webber Designs) in Cafe Au Lait. I added some die cuts of flourishes and branches to add layers.

I also added die cuts from the 7 Dots 9th wave collection just to add a touch of colour. The flowers are a vine from Prima Marketing Flowers which I cut up to frame. The lace was from my own collection and I sprayed it with Lindy's Stamp Gang (Limor Webber Designs) mist in Cafe Au Lait to compliment the colour scheme of the layout. The stickers are all from the Nature Walk collection. The metal tag is Tim Holtz Ideaology. I used Wendy Vecchi for Studio 490 translucent embossing paste on the butterflies you can see above.

The stamp is Tim Holtz for Stampers Anonymous and again I used the Color Box ink mention above.

Thanks again for visiting me today. I will be back later on with another project for The Scrapbook Store, this time a little altered project.
