My Creative Journey

I had a fantastic time away at my retreat at the weekend. I got the chance to make loads of layouts and a couple of mixed media projects. I decided to create another beach effect but instead of making a layout I made a mixed media canvas.  The photo was taken on our road trip at the New Year. I blended the photo in with gesso then used water colour paint to complete the edges. I also added, cardboard, string, shells and sand to finish the beach effect. Hope you like it!
